“SARGIFUL 2019”, the State Level Students’ Festival was organized by ST & SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department, Odisha at Adivasi Ground, Unit-1, Bhubaneswar.

The event will be held for 3 days from 19th – 21st December 2019. Around 900 students and 140 teachers from Sevashrams, Ashram Schools, High Schools, Higher Secondary Schools, EMRS & Education Complexes under the ST & SC Development Department of the state have participated. The candidates securing Excellency in various talent acquisition competitions and HSC 2019 exams were felicitated. Various forms of cultural performances have taken place during the event.
The event objective is to explore the hidden talent of ST & SC students in the various sectors across Odisha. The Participating Students & Teachers get an opportunity to interact with each other during the festival and disseminate & propagate the messages among the students in their area after they returned for the festival.
