SARGIFUL – A Children’s Fair is an endeavor of the ST & SC Development (SSD) Department, Government of Odisha to provide children the opportunities and platforms of: fostering creativity and imagination
The 8th Edition of Sargiful, the talent acquisition programme by SC & ST Dept, Govt. of Odisha was organized from 18th Dec 2017 to 20th Dec 2017.
Chief Minister Shri Naveen Pattnaik, inaugurated the programme, in the presence of students from several educational institutions.
State level Students Festival SARGIFUL 2017 to felicitate students on their performance in the Annual HSC Exam 2017 & also to give exposure to talented students of ST & SC Dev Deptt Schools through various Workshops.
Shadow Advertising & Communications was assigned with the opportunity to plan the Creative Designs, event management, and management of accommodation for the participants in the 3 Day prolonged event.
